These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Steady Horse websites, platforms, applications, services, and in-person offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Steady Horse LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

These Terms apply to all Steady Horse platforms including steadyhorse.com, login.steadyhorse.com, billing.steadyhorse.com, steadyhorsetraining.com, thegreatesthorseman.com, the Unbreakable Bond App, and all in-person services delivered under the names Steady Horse Training or Grace Ranch. These Terms comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines.

1. Definitions

Services: All digital courses, memberships, coaching, community, clinics, workshops, physical products, app features, digital tools, and in-person training offered by Steady Horse LLC.

User / Member: Any individual who accesses, registers for, or purchases any Steady Horse Service.

Steady Horse Club: The standard annual membership providing access to course content, community, and coaching broadcasts.

Coaching Program: The Unbreakable Bond Coaching Program, a 12-month mentorship engagement.

VIP Club: A post-Coaching Program annual membership available exclusively to graduates of the Coaching Program.

Vault Subscription: A monthly subscription providing rolling 30-day access to recent coaching session replays.

Send Your Horse Program: In-person horse training and boarding at Grace Ranch, Floresville, Texas.

Grace Ranch: The Steady Horse physical training facility located in Floresville, Texas.

Premium (Legacy): The former membership tier. Existing Premium members are grandfathered into Steady Horse Club-level access at their existing billing rate. No new Premium memberships are issued.

Program Start Date: The date on which payment for a membership or program is received by Steady Horse LLC. This date governs all guarantee and refund windows.

Content: All course material, video, audio, written material, workbooks, digital tools, and community content available through the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Continued use of the Services after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account Creation and Security

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared with individuals outside your immediate household. Household members may request separate logins upon written approval from our support team.

4. Membership Tiers and Services

4.1 Steady Horse Club

The Steady Horse Club is an annual membership providing access to the Steady Horse Club course library, community, and coaching broadcasts. Membership is billed annually. A three-payment installment option is available as a payment plan at the time of enrollment. Installment plans are not subscriptions — all three payments remain due and payable regardless of cancellation, non-use, or dissatisfaction. Canceling Club access does not cancel remaining installment obligations.

Club membership renews automatically each year unless canceled. Cancellation ends access at the end of the current annual billing period. Steady Horse Club is covered by a 30-Day Earnest Effort Guarantee at initial enrollment (see Section 5.1).

Legacy Premium Members: Members enrolled under the former Premium tier are grandfathered into Steady Horse Club-level access at their existing billing rate. No action is required.

4.2 The Unbreakable Bond Coaching Program

The Unbreakable Bond Coaching Program is a 12-month coaching and mentorship engagement. Program access begins on the Program Start Date (date of payment). Coaching access and full platform access are granted upon receipt of payment and a completed Coaching Program Participation Agreement. The program includes access to the full Steady Horse course library, individual and group coaching, the Video Review Channel, full Vault access, and Steady Horse digital coaching tools. Specific inclusions are communicated at the time of enrollment and are subject to modification in accordance with Section 7.

Enrollment in the Coaching Program includes VIP Club membership that activates on the Program Start Date and auto-renews annually at the conclusion of the 12-month program period (see Section 4.3). Members may cancel VIP Club at any time in accordance with Section 4.3. The Coaching Program is covered by a 90-Day Earnest Effort Guarantee (see Section 5.2).

Enrollment in the Coaching Program on a payment plan constitutes a binding financial obligation for the full contracted amount. If a member is removed for cause or voluntarily cancels mid-program, all remaining scheduled payments remain due and payable in full (see Section 6.4 and Section 12).

4.3 VIP Club

VIP Club is a post-program annual membership available exclusively to graduates of the Unbreakable Bond Coaching Program. It is not available for general purchase. VIP Club provides continued access to coaching, community, Vault replays, and Steady Horse digital coaching tools. VIP Club is enrolled automatically at the time of Coaching Program purchase and auto-renews annually at the end of the 12-month program period. Members will be notified of their upcoming renewal by email no fewer than 14 days before the renewal date.

Disclosure at Enrollment: By enrolling in the Coaching Program, you acknowledge that your VIP Club membership — and all coaching access, community access, Vault replays, and Coaching Progress Platform data — is maintained only while your VIP Club membership remains active and in good standing. Non-renewal or cancellation results in permanent loss of access to all of the above, including your horse’s documented training history. This is disclosed at the time of Coaching Program enrollment and constitutes your informed agreement to these terms.

4.4 Coaching Session Vault Subscription

The Coaching Session Vault subscription provides rolling 30-day access to recent live coaching session replays. Content is available on a rolling basis and does not accumulate into a permanent archive. The Vault subscription does not include full Vault archive access, which is reserved for Coaching Program and VIP Club members. The Vault subscription auto-renews monthly. There is no free trial period. Cancellation ends access at the end of the current billing period. Vault subscription charges are non-refundable.

4.5 Standalone Courses

Individual courses are available for one-time purchase through steadyhorse.com. All standalone course purchases are final. No refunds are issued after purchase.

4.6 Send Your Horse Program

The Send Your Horse Program provides in-person horse training and boarding at Grace Ranch, Floresville, Texas. This program is governed by a separate Send Your Horse Program Agreement in addition to these Terms. Key terms include: payment is due by the 1st of each month; a 15% late fee applies after 3 days overdue; lien rights may be enforced after 10 days overdue; a minimum training term of 6 months applies unless otherwise agreed in writing; all horses must have a current negative Coggins test. Grace Ranch is not liable for injury, death, theft, or illness of boarded animals. The physical and logistical nature of this program means no refunds are available once the program has commenced.

5. Earnest Effort Guarantees

Steady Horse stands behind its programs with Earnest Effort Guarantees. These guarantees are not buyer’s remorse policies. They exist to protect members who genuinely commit to the program and still do not see results. Refund eligibility is determined solely by participation records as tracked in Steady Horse systems.

5.1 Steady Horse Club — 30-Day Earnest Effort Guarantee

Club membership is covered by a 30-Day Earnest Effort Guarantee at initial enrollment. This is not a buyer’s remorse policy. To be eligible for a refund, you must have genuinely engaged with the program and it must still not be meeting your needs. All of the following participation criteria must be met and verified through Steady Horse platform records:

• Refund request submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of your Program Start Date
• Completion of the Roadmap Essentials course (the required entry course)
• Attendance at a minimum of 3 group coaching sessions or live broadcasts
• A minimum of 3 meaningful community contributions
• Meaningful engagement with Club course content as tracked in Steady Horse systems
• Account in good standing with no payment disputes or chargebacks initiated
• No exploitation, abuse, or attempted circumvention of any platform feature, policy, or system

You Are Not Eligible for a Refund If:

• You did not meet all participation criteria listed above.
• Participation criteria were met artificially or in bad faith — including posting low-quality or meaningless community contributions or attending sessions without genuine engagement.
• Your circumstances changed — including but not limited to schedule conflicts, a change in personal finances, the sale of your horse, or the opinion of a spouse or family member.
• You experienced buyer’s remorse or regretted the purchase without genuinely engaging with the program.
• You initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider.
• You exploited, abused, or intentionally circumvented any platform feature, system, or policy.
• Your refund request was submitted after the 30-day guarantee window.

Participation is tracked automatically through Steady Horse systems. Refund eligibility is verified against platform records. Self-reported participation without supporting platform data will not be accepted as evidence of eligibility.

Installment plans are not subscriptions. If a refund is approved under this guarantee, only the initial payment made is eligible for refund. Remaining installment obligations are canceled upon an approved refund within the guarantee window.

5.2 Coaching Program — 90-Day Earnest Effort Guarantee

The Coaching Program is backed by a 90-Day Earnest Effort Guarantee. A refund may be issued if the program is not meeting your needs despite your full and genuine participation. The guarantee window begins on your Program Start Date (date of payment).

To qualify for a refund, a signed Coaching Program Participation Agreement must be submitted before any refund request will be reviewed. No refund will be considered without a signed Agreement on file. In addition, all of the following participation criteria must be verified through Steady Horse platform records:

• Completion of the full Unbreakable Bond Roadmap coursework
• Attendance at a minimum of 6 individual coaching calls
• Participation in a minimum of 6 group coaching sessions
• A minimum of 6 meaningful community contributions
• A minimum of 4 video submissions to the Video Review Channel
• Refund request submitted within 90 days of your Program Start Date

You Are Not Eligible for a Refund If:

• You did not meet all participation criteria listed above.
• Participation criteria were met artificially or in bad faith — including posting low-quality or meaningless community contributions, submitting videos that do not reflect genuine training engagement, or attending calls without participation.
• Your circumstances changed (including but not limited to the sale of your horse, schedule conflicts, a change in personal finances, or the opinion of a spouse or family member).
• You initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider.
• You exploited, abused, or intentionally circumvented any platform feature, system, or policy.
• You did not submit a signed Coaching Program Participation Agreement before requesting a refund.

Participation is tracked automatically through Steady Horse systems. Refund eligibility is verified against platform records. Self-reported participation without supporting platform data will not be accepted as evidence of eligibility.

5.3 VIP Club — No Refunds

VIP Club charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. By the time VIP Club activates, members have completed the full 12-month Coaching Program and are expected to have a thorough understanding of the program, its value, and the consequences of cancellation as disclosed at the time of Coaching Program enrollment. No exceptions are made for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, the sale of a horse, schedule conflicts, financial changes, or the opinion of a spouse or family member. Members must cancel before their renewal date to avoid the next annual charge. Renewal charges processed after the renewal date will not be refunded.

5.4 Vault Subscription and Standalone Courses — No Refunds

Vault subscription charges and standalone course purchases are non-refundable. Cancel the Vault subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

5.5 Send Your Horse Program — No Refunds

No refunds are available under any circumstance once the Send Your Horse Program has commenced, due to the physical and logistical nature of the boarding and training services provided.

6. Payment, Auto-Renewal, and Collections

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• ACH bank transfer (Coaching Program and VIP Club only)
• Buy-now-pay-later services such as Klarna and Affirm
• PayPal

6.2 Processing Fees

All credit card and PayPal payments incur a 3.99% processing fee, including payments made via Klarna or Affirm. ACH payments are exempt from processing fees and are available for the Coaching Program and VIP Club only. Steady Horse Club and the Vault subscription do not qualify for ACH payment.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Steady Horse Club, VIP Club, and the Vault Subscription automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be notified of upcoming annual renewals by email no fewer than 14 days before the renewal date. Steady Horse is not responsible for charges resulting from failure to cancel before a renewal date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

6.4 Payment Plans and Default

Enrollment in any payment plan or installment agreement constitutes a binding financial obligation for the full contracted amount. Canceling access to a Service, voluntary withdrawal from a program, or removal for cause does not cancel remaining scheduled payments. All payments remain due on schedule.

6.5 Third-Party Payment Provider Responsibility

Refund approvals from Steady Horse do not automatically cancel your repayment obligations with Klarna, Affirm, or PayPal Credit. You remain bound by their repayment terms, late fees, and interest charges. Steady Horse is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party payment providers.

6.6 Secure Payment Handling

All transactions are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors including Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm. Steady Horse does not store your full payment details. Only the last four digits of your payment method are retained for reference.

6.7 Affirm Financing

Payment options through Affirm are subject to eligibility and may not be available in all states. Financing is provided by lending partners at affirm.com/lenders. California residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Finance Lenders Law license.

7. Content and Service Modifications

Steady Horse reserves the right to modify, update, add, remove, or restructure any course content, course library, coaching schedule, coaching format, live session availability, community features, digital tools, or any other element of the Services at any time, with or without notice. No member may claim entitlement to a specific course, coaching format, session cadence, or digital tool based on prior availability. Steady Horse will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance via email or in-platform notification.

8. In-Person Services — Grace Ranch

In-person services including lessons, clinics, workshops, and the Send Your Horse Program are delivered at Grace Ranch (Floresville, Texas) or at off-site locations. These services may be governed by additional contractual terms specific to each engagement. All clinic and workshop registrations are subject to the Steady Horse Clinic and Workshop Policies, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All clinic and workshop registrations include a complimentary 30-day Steady Horse Club trial. The trial automatically bills at the then-current annual Club rate after 30 days unless canceled before the trial period ends. This is disclosed at the time of registration and constitutes agreement to the auto-billing.

9. Recordings, Media, and Content Consent

By enrolling in any Steady Horse Service, you acknowledge and consent to the following: Sales calls, onboarding calls, individual coaching calls, group coaching sessions, Barn Hour, Arena Access, Stable Talk, webinars, and any other live or recorded sessions conducted by Steady Horse may be recorded. Video submissions made through the Video Review Channel may be reviewed and responded to by Noah Tillman-Young or Steady Horse coaching staff on video, and those responses may be shared within the community. Steady Horse reserves the right to use recordings, clips, responses, and submitted content for internal coaching purposes, community education, social media (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube), email marketing, website content, webinars, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and any other promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] prior to your session or submission. Opting out of marketing use does not affect your access to the Services.

10. User Conduct and System Integrity

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on Steady Horse intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or use disrespectful language toward other members, coaches, or staff
• Share account credentials or provide access to individuals outside your immediate household
• Distribute, resell, copy, or reproduce any course content or materials without written permission
• Screenshot or record any coaching call, group session, or live broadcast for external distribution
• Attempt to record, capture, or distribute sessions in violation of other participants’ privacy

Steady Horse reserves the right to immediately remove any member and terminate all access, without refund and without notice, if that member is found to have intentionally exploited, manipulated, or abused any platform feature, technical glitch, system vulnerability, or policy loophole, regardless of stated intent. This includes but is not limited to actions taken with the stated or demonstrated purpose of testing, exposing, or circumventing Steady Horse systems, policies, or staff. Members removed for cause under this clause forfeit all remaining payment obligations only where required by law; all other contracted payment obligations survive termination.

Steady Horse reserves the right to remove any member who violates these Terms or disrupts the community, without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, course materials, video recordings, images, workbooks, and digital tools are the intellectual property of Steady Horse LLC. Your membership or course purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own use only. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, or reproduce any content without express written permission.

12. Termination for Cause

Removal from the program for cause — including but not limited to conduct violations, system abuse, chargeback initiation, or violation of these Terms — does not cancel or reduce any remaining financial obligations under a payment plan or installment agreement. All scheduled payments remain due and payable in full following termination for cause.

Steady Horse reserves the right to terminate any membership or program enrollment at any time for cause, including but not limited to conduct violations, system abuse, chargeback initiation, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. Termination for cause does not entitle the member to any refund of amounts already paid.

13. Digital Tools Disclaimer

Steady Horse offers various digital tools and AI-assisted features to support your training journey. These tools are supplementary in nature and subject to change, discontinuation, or modification at any time. They are not substitutes for professional coaching, veterinary advice, or medical guidance. Steady Horse is not liable for outcomes resulting from the application of tool-generated content or recommendations. Tool availability and feature sets may change without notice.

14. Limitation of Liability

Steady Horse LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, or outcomes resulting from the application of information, techniques, or guidance provided through the Services. Equine training carries inherent physical risk. You assume full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your horse. See Section 19 for Texas Equine Law disclosure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steady Horse’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Steady Horse in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Community Standards

Steady Horse community spaces are built on trust, respect, and patience — for horses and people alike. We reserve the right to remove any member who disrupts or disrespects our community, team, or other members, without refund.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved under the laws of the State of Texas. The exclusive venue for any legal proceedings is Wilson County, Texas. You agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute by contacting [email protected] before initiating formal legal proceedings. Mediation in Wilson County, Texas is required before any legal action may be taken.

18. Updates to These Terms

Steady Horse may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
